No credit card details are held by us. RBSWorldPay use the very latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, thus ensuring that you are safe while shopping online.
Since no credit card details are held on this web site you will need to input your credit card details every time you place an order with us.

Delivery
Standard delivery
Website prices include UK delivery via Royal Mail First Class post.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service is available for an additional cost of £5.50. Orders received before 12 noon are posted the same day (working day) - orders received after 12 noon will be posted on the next working day. Please note that next day delivery items sent out on a Friday are guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday (ie next working day), not Saturday. A signature will be always be required or the item will be returned to depot to await collection. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If you require your gift for a specific date please consider this option - although most items sent by First Class post are delivered the next day this is not a guaranteed service.
Personalised Blankets and Twiddles - we aim to dispatch within 48hrs of receipt of order.
International Delivery - International orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Sure (or International Signed For in those countries which do not operate the Air Sure service) - this is a trackable delivery system and should hopefully provide a more secure delivery system for international deliveries. Delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days depending upon destination
Returns
Faulty Garments
We offer a full refund guarantee on faulty items. Products must be returned in the original condition, not worn and in original packaging. Your refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s) and postage costs will also be reimbursed. Please obtain proof of postage for returns.
Unfortunately, unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns on personalised items. Please ensure you provide us with accurate personalisation details (i.e. names / dates etc). We cannot be held responsible for errors once the item has been personalised.
Cooling-off Period
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products where the item has not been unsealed. (unsealed means opening any protective packaging).
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. Please be aware we cannot accept returns after this 7 day period.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us. We will not refund the cost of delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. Cuddlezoos total liability for any claim whatsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Cuddlezoo to the customer: Cuddlezoo shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Cuddlezoo cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
