About Us
Cuddlezoo is an innovative children's wear brand, run by husband and wife team, Wayne & Diane Thomas.

Our mission statement is to offer a rewarding and exciting lifestyle brand, centred on a strong family core…so in July 2004, we quit our nine to five, and Cuddlezoo was born.

Since our launch at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show in July, we have spent our time developing all our garments, researching, refining, and perfecting the design until we were completely happy with the finished product.

Thankfully our efforts were rewarded when we received wonderful feedback from everyone that has bought off us throughout the year at countless craft events around the country. We now have five independent stockists in Wales and England.

Our collection is stylish, funky-fun and versatile, but above all made with children in mind. Our design concept aims to give you the opportunity to easily co-ordinate your child's outfit, making light work for busy mums and dads. We are constantly on the lookout for new fabrics, or researching new techniques to make everyday clothing exceptional affordable and chic.

All our fleece garments are made at our workshop to ensure quality and attention to detail is maintained, and our signature hand made tassels appear throughout our range to create dynamism and individuality.

Children just love the cosy cuddly feel to our fleece wear, (we only use best quality anti-pil lambskin fleece) It also washes and dries beautifully, and without the need for ironing, which also makes it a firm favourite with busy mums and dads alike.

Shipping And Handling
Free within the UK
Orders shipped within the UK will be sent by first class Royal Mail, usually dispatched within 48 hours on receipt of order, if the items are in stock, although please allow up to ten days. If your goods have not arrived within two weeks of ordering, please contact us immediately.

The delivery charge is per order, whatever the size of the order. This charge is below the standard price for UK post and packaging. Where separate deliveries are requested, each delivery address is charged separately. No signature is required.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and for providing us with any necessary information to enable us to fulfil your order.

Outside the UK delivery charges:
Europe: £8.00
The rest of the world: £15.00

Next day delivery
Within the UK £10.
All next day delivery orders must be received before 1 p.m. the preceding day. Please enter any special delivery instructions in the box provided. If no one will be present to accept delivery, then advise where the driver should leave the package, and choose the 'no signature required' option.
Delivery Schedule

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always let you know by Email and give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Within the United Kingdom or the European Union:
VAT at 20% is included.

Outside the United Kingdom and the European Union:
Purchases are free of VAT.
Credit Card Security
We accept all MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta Solo and American Express. All prices will be charged in GBP.

We will only process your payment once we've made sure that the goods on your shopping list are available. If only part of your order is available, we will process payment for those items and deliver them to you within 48 hours, as stated in our delivery terms. We will then process payment for the balance of goods as soon as they are available and sent to you. Occasionally Cuddlezoo may need to split your order, we will of course cover the additional postage.

If you are worried about the security of your payments on the internet then please do not be. As you will see, we have contracted Royal Bank of Scotland, one of the world's largest banks to provide us with one of the most advanced and secure payment systems currently available. None of your details are made available to anyone but Royal Bank of Scotland via its secure servers.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please process your order online as normal but print out the final order sending it to us with a cheque (including payment for postage and packaging) made payable to Cuddlezoo with your name and address on the reverse. Please allow up to 10 working days for your cheque to clear. After this time, we will dispatch your goods in the standard way.

Alternatively please call us on 01269 597772 and we will send you a mail order catalogue.
Guarantee
If you change your mind for any reason:
please notify us immediately by Email (preferably) or telephone. Please call 01269 597772 / 07962 208353 or Email wayne@cuddlezoo.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order or on the Monday following an order placed over the weekend. Our lines are open 24 hours a day with an answering service when there is no-one available to take your call. Please leave a message, including your landline number and giving a selection of times when it will be convenient for us to return your call if necessary.

Return the goods to us within one month in original condition with undamaged packaging, giving your name, postal address, Email address and landline telephone number and we will refund your money in full, promptly and cheerfully.
Please note: we can only accept the return of used items if they are faulty.

If anything you receive is faulty:
please notify us immediately by Email (preferably) or telephone. Return the goods to us within one month, giving your name, postal address, Email address and landline telephone number, the reason for return, and whether you would prefer replacement or refund. We will also refund the cost of UK postage for returning the product.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

Privacy Policy
Cuddlezoo utilises the latest in Secure Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards.

It is our policy never to pass on or sell your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). Cuddlezoo are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect from you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 (registration number Z7030956) and we comply with the rules and regulations of the Act.

Your personal details and other information regarding your transactions with Cuddlezoo are used to help us improve our service to you. We only use your information as follows:

1. To deal with orders and accounts.
2. For Cuddlezoo Company planning and forecasting by researching what you buy.
3. Advising you of special offers. (If you do not wish to receive such information please let us know by ticking the opt out box.)
4. Checking your details with agencies (including credit reference agencies, credit card clearing agencies, fraud prevention and detection agencies). At all times where we use or disclose your information it will remain secure and we will provide them with only the information they need to perform their function.

Returns Policy
We will happily exchange or refund your purchase if you are not completely satisfied. To apply for a refund or exchange the goods must be returned within 14 days, by Royal Mail first class, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or exchange any sale or promotional/promotionally priced items. Whilst we would love to, we cannot afford to refund return postage or be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the post.

Please note that this policy excludes products with embroidered lettering on personalised goods. The sale of these goods is final.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

We will write to confirm that your return has been processed. You will receive your refund or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt by us of the original goods.

Cuddlezoo has taken every care to ensure the descriptions of items on our site are as accurate as possible. However slight variations may occur. Prices are subject to changes. This should not affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property
All products of Cuddlezoo and the content of the Cuddlezoo site and catalogue is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and all other relevant intellectual property rights. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Cuddlezoo site without written permission from Cuddlezoo.

Cuddlezoo shall be allowed to correct any typographical, clerical or other error or omission without any liability to you.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the Cuddlezoo site.

Cuddlezoo's total liability for any claim whatsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Cuddlezoo to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. Cuddlezoo shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Cuddlezoo cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions in the site or catalogue.
Customers' statutory rights are not affected by the above statements.
